Can somebody else in my house get an account as well?

Or is that against the rules? I ask this because I have been teaching my brother how to play using my account and he wants his own now. Obviously we would share the same IP since we live in the same house, and I am not sure what your stance on multiple accounts on one IP is since there are people who could create dozens as multis. So my question is: is it ok or not? If so, then I think he will buy premium. If not, then I guess I will just keep letting him take my turns. Thanks!

I think I found what I was looking for in another thread. Apparently it is ok as long as we don't play games with or against each other? LOL, I sooooo wanted to kick his ass at 1v1s. Oh well at least he won't be messing up my games any more.

Anyway, I'd still like comfirmation though just to be sure.

If it is a 1v1 game, you should be fine. The problem comes in with singles games. There is a perception that people who know one another outside of CC (or even within CC) will tend to favor the person they know, or help out the person. Since you are playing from the same IP there may be some issues if you play team games, for the full story behind that click here. However if you are both premium and only play one another 1v1, or only play separate games, you should be ok.

Playing against each other 1v1 is fine (as long as you're both playing to win), and playing on a team together is fine (as long as you're not abusing the game-style). Technically, even playing against each other in singles is allowed (as long as you play fairly), but I would advise against those, since when opponents find out that you're brothers, they will think you're colluding, whether it's true or not.
