Is there a way to not have to wait so long to play?

I can appreciate being fair to everyone concerning time. But to every single player 24 hours with 6 different players makes a person almost forget whats going on.
I mean when I first started the explanation said most games will take two days. If only. I started four games five days ago, and only one is finally done. On top of that I'm still playing, five days later, in a two player game that could have been done the first day.
Is there a way it could speeded up if everyone agreed with the time?

well, you can purchase premium and join speed games, for the obvious answer. you can search for "RT", real time games, in the callouts forum. and you could possibly try playing 4 player games that don't take as long. good luck.-0

Hmm, my suggestion, in addition to what owen said, is to go to live chat, arrange real time games with the players in the callouts section.

Go to the Live Chat link on the left sidebar, and ask for a realtime game (everyone finishes playing in one sitting) in the Callouts room. You can also post to the callouts forum asking for "fast players". There are others out there who want the same thing. Good luck.

i just noticed that everyone who gave advice about realtime games are all premium
therefore they could play speed games and not need rt

The other option is to join freestyle games - where each round lasts 24hrs; so you'd be guaranteed at least one turn every day.

someone else must be posting under Owens name
This won't speed your games up any, but to help you not forget whats going on use the chat box to post notes to yourself. That way when your next turn finally comes around you can "remember" your plan of attack.

Just make sure you have the 'note to self' button ticked... I've forgotten a couple of times and had some 'interesting' comments in response!

You must also realize that one of the games that you are playing is with a someone who is purposely dragging the game out because you're killing him. He does it with everybody who beats him. His name is flhusker, if you read feedback before you play, you can avoid situations like that. Or you can purposely play people like that for the entertainment value like I do.
