How do I end this.... I cannot seem to attack his last 3 places? New map glitch?

can you attack from other 4 countries you own, try and move your 101 armies, maybe to each of neighbouring countries,
Perhaps there is a script error on just that one country that you have placed 101 armies, or....
maybe you should post this in a Suggestion& Bug Reports forum

I moved them all there because I could not attack from one of the other places... I am going to try from there next time even though bob tells me I cannot do it.

BOB has nothing to do with where you can attack from. It just shows the map inspect. None of the surrounding spots can attack any of the 3... Hmm...
