Is it fair to leave negative feedback for things like not talking or always being last to end turn?
I know they are not illegal but can be very annoying!

Those things are considered trivial. Take a gander at the feedback guidelines, under Instructions up top. ^^

ooooh!! play me!!! i talk!!! but seriously... negs for not talking in chat or going last is pretty trivial. don't forget, people all over the world play CC, and english may not be their native tongue... if you hang out in the forum long enough, you'll discover that many of the english speakers on the site don't even speak english that well...-0

I didn't say I do it. I always give players Neutral for things like that. I was only asking if I should.

You should tell the WWE creative team to stop wasting airtime by constantly showing replays of outside interference and chair shots, as the wrestler's music plays and the fans wait for a backstage interview, the only entertaining part of the WWE these days.

You should just leave no feedback then.

Neutrals must meet the guidelines too. So if anyone requests removal of those, they'll be removed for being trivial.

So if someone is really slow and doesn't chat at all if I give them feedback it has to be positive.
When do you give Neutral then?

You could just get over it and leave no feedback at all. Not chatting and taking the allotted time are not feedback-worthy. Note we're revamping the system soon, so all this will be moot.

The "not talking" part is only significant if it is a TEAM game.
As for the last turn to end ... of course only matters in freestyle, but this is well within the rules. Not everyone can or wants to sit at their computer all day.
