E-tickets not getting responses

Over the time I've been on Conquerclub, some of my e-tickets have recieved responses and some of them haven't. Most of them are reports regarding feedbacks. How come some of them get a response and some of them don't?

Different depts go to different individuals, and also certain depts receive an e-ticket load that is much more than others.

This means that noone quite knows what the others are doing, but eventually it might get done if it doesn't get lost. Right?

they're not responding to your tickets sent because they know that you either deserve the neg, or they just want you to keep it.
they might also just not want to read that ticket because you wrote it.

i've sent only 2 etickets. 1 was responded after 5 days and for the other it's been 6 days and still nothing. but i am patient.

Hey Andy are you the only one that deals with usergroups?? ptlowe had put in a request for Phoenix Wariors weeks ago, maybe a month ago and we still do not have the forum....

Some other users have mentioned problems with Usergroups Dept. also, I'm not sure why. There are currently no active tickets waiting in there. I suggest they re-send.

after the Bandits were accepted, you probably realized there wasn't any point in allowing any other clans to be formed... and actually, our e-ticket go a pretty rapid response, which was super cool. thanks again!!-0

No, they just didn't want to chance a similar group forming...1 BpB is more than enough for CC
