... I just had some nub hand another player an easy win in an assassin game. Where can I leave a rating on his intelligence? There are many players who deserve to be left 1s in that category... Guess I just leave them 1s for everything instead? This new ratings system is such a joke.

Fair play. Involves suiciding, deadbeating... etc. Hanging someone else is far from fairplay, sounds like that's what he did.
