it's how he interprets the new system... pm him if you want an explaination. i had a problem/question with how a guy rated me, and he explained why and how he came to the rating he reached... and then he rethought it, and saw why i was frustrated. so, too late for me, but it will help him out when he rates others.. plus, i've already pretty much recovered from his bad rating. well, what i consider a bad rating, but what he considers a good rating. sooo, you should take it to pm's with him to get an answer... it is all frustrating.-0
