So far 28 people have rated me and I recieved 5 stars in almost everything except from 2 different players, 1 who rated me 5's in everythng but attitude and the other who rated me 4's in everything.

So i know i must work on my Attitude. and that is how it works - constructive criticism. it enables us to know where we are lacking.

You know as well as I do hat there are some people out there who will leave unfair ratings just as they used to leave unfair feedback. Problem is, you could have the unfair feedback removed whereas the ratings are stuck in stone.

I'm not really complaining on behalf of myself, since so far I have no problems with the system other than the potential for it to be abused, but I know others have problems such as these and I just wanted to address the other side of the argument. (I understand it has been noted about 100x since the rating system started, so here is just one more topic for people to whine in)

why, of course! For instance TominatorX leaves me 1s when he suicided into me in back to back games. told him in game chat he was going on ignore-- prolly the reason for it. And there's maniac#1 who left me a 1 for attendence, me that never misses a turn

but overall, it's a decent indicator. you get to know who the trouble makers are like myself, Prank and especially Rashid. gay nevertheless but decent.

Wachica, there isnt a rating for it, but perhaps you can work on your gameplay too

I was given 3 one star ratings from a player which was totally uncalled for. I ran out of time a couple times, which means bad attendence, but somehow he decided to carry that over into fair play and sportsmanship as well. What's more, I have PM'd him about it twice and he hasn't responded.

I explained extensively to this guy why I made the moves that i did and he insists that I sought him out on purpose. It was purely a strategic move and Scott-Land was severely irritated that I would attack him without asking his permission. So yes, he got all 1's. However, if Scott-Land would check his ratings, he would find that I removed my rating.

So do the ratings work? Yes. But people like Scott-Land need to realize that they need to back off with their "high and mighty" attitudes to get good ratings.

On another note, take a look at the cheating and abuse forum about Scott-Land and you will see who the real cheater is.

If it would help, I'd gladly play a game with you and rate you all 1's so that you can review and improve your entire gameplay, attitude and overall CC contribution...

my 3.9 suggests that I'm aroudn 4.0 and thus above average correct?

On the last page, there are 147 players under 500 score...
123 of them have ratings from 4.0 to 5.0
And only 7 have ratings below 3.0

On the 2nd page of the scoreboard EVERY PLAYER has a 4.0 to 5.0 rating...

But on the TOP page of the scoreboard there are 5 players rated 3.9 or lower...



I'm just say'n.... this is HECKA interesting
