Remember Password

OK so I have firefox and so does my bro and on his computer it always asks you if you want it to remember that password. Well mine only asked me the first time and since then, I've changed my password and I hate having to type it in every time. My computer's been known for having retarded things happen that only happen on my computer so it may be that, or, is there something I can set to make it ask me if I want it to remember the password?

Go to tools -> options -> security


and then figure out something in the password section
