If they wanted to hire someone, they would post an anouncement for everyone to see.
thats what they did a few months ago.

Don't ask to be hired, they'll never accept you. Be patient and they will post about it for everyone to see if they need someone.

From the .php extension, I'd guess they use some PHP 5.
And from the response header information, they use Apache on Red Hat
And since there's data, I'm sure they use some sort of database (I'd guess MySQL, maybe MS SQL Server, small chance of Oracle DB), although I guess they could use flat files(not really, but we'll see if it baits anyone).
Really nothing to base guesses of dev tools on.

It does, since that's where it was originally posted.
It's a 'shadow post' so that anyone who posted in it whilst it was in Sugs & Bugs will find it where they expect to if they come back.
However as a 'shadow post' it's effectively just a link to the post in its new home.

Yeah, thanks Captain Obvious. I got the PHP part -- but that doesn't need to be anything more than the UI.

I've seen multiple forum references to an engine -- and it is unclear whether it is Conquer Club's or a third-party engine -- and personally, if I was doing this, the engine would be in Java or C++ with a PostgreSQL back-end (and I'd probably use PHP or, better yet, Ruby on Rails as the UI).

So . . . . tell me what you can find out about that from the URL.
