hi
my brother had an acount hightondaniel and now each time he wants to play a game it says update yourr membership to remove this limitation and now he cant play. he does not want a membership

That means he got banned for something.
the only way to get back is to prove he's innocent or buy a premium, sorry.

He was busted for having multiple accounts. If this isn't correct, and he'd like to appeal, have him fill out an eticket, which is located under the Help tab up top. Note he needs to send in the eticket, not you. don't worry, he can access it even when banned.

When you upgrade to premium. Don't make new accounts, as that only gets you in deeper trouble.
