Scoring system

I've got a question regarding the scoring system. I think I understand it but I'm not sure.
When I play and win (which I do occasionally!) I gain points from the players I beat by dividing their ranking score by my ranking score. so e.g. 1500 (opponent) / 900 (my score) = 1.66 times 20 therefore I get 33 points added to my score.

Is this right?

The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent

loser's score 1500
winner's score 900

Points awarded = 1500/900*20= 33
