Where are the rules for triples,quads ect... Do you attack each other to get countries? Can you deploy on your teamates?
And how does army distribution work/bonuses ect...

You can get a card from attacking your teammate. You can deploy on a teammate as well as fortify to a teammate. Army distribution is based on each individual player as are bonuses (one person must hold an entire continent).
