Instantly? No.
You can miss three turns in a row, and you'll be kicked out. You'll usually endure disdain from others for doing that.

Well, just explain the rationale of quitting the game in the Game Chat perhaps, your opponent(s) may just let you off the hook easily.

For an example, click on Game 2832567 so, there's no need to waste anybody's precious time or courting their wrath.

Even with this, players with a bad temper will probably flame you for deadbeating.

There's no crying in baseball or quitting on Conquer Club. As stated above you can deadbeat
or an alternate option is to use up all of your armies leaving nothing but singles and ask the
other players to eliminate you.

In a current game a player who couldn't continue and didn't want an account sitter announced
he was deadbeating and used the unlimited fortification option to park all of his remaining
armies on Greenland (W 2.1 Map). Not necessarily the best of options, since the barrier that
those 115 armies create still has an impact on play for the duration of the game, but that's
one way do deal with it.
