Anyone else thought of this?

Most of the people I've played don't even post on the forums. At least when I've bothered to check, I rarely recognize their names anyhow.

Just sayin'. CC's not gonna collapse because of some forum drama ;)

Same thing here.
I'm planning on playing more games with more forum addicts...

I play with my mafia buddies quite a bit, but it's still a fair point. ;)

You're right.
But if the masses knew, it would dent it a bit more.

I do not agree here. Personally many people do not care what goes on in the forums. Now on the bottom line, which is $$, I do not think it will effect much at all. The people who say they will not renew, well many of them in fact renew. Not because they are not on wicked's side one way or the other, but most of these people are addicted. Once you have played with more than 4 games, going back to the 4 game limit is very hard. People come and people go, but overall CC keeps growing.

Yeah but if enough disgruntled individuals sue or contact Hasbro what happens then? I mean it only takes one set of loose lips to sink a ship...

Let's put all the numbers into perspective here, shall we? I was curious, so I just went and figured it out.

According to the Member List at the top of the forum here, there are 224,435 members who have been a part of Conquer Club. Now, out of that total number, only 12,205 have ever bothered to click the submit button in any one of the various parts of the forum here.

Let's do the math: 12,205 / 224,435 = 5.43%

I'm just going to let the numbers speak for themselves at this point, especially considering that a large percentage of that 12,205 have never posted more than 5 times, which in itself shows you something as well.

Numberbots... ROLLING OUT!! :)

I think you may have just slightly missed the point I was making, Smokingdude420. I realize there are probably some who read the forums and never post, but I would put money on the fact that the percentage that do that is even less than the percentage that post.

see further proof Twill is screwing up you guys do not have the proper tools to calculate even. Those numbers would make it just a smidgen under 5% not a fraction of a percent...

I did type that out wrong didn't I? Yep, 5%, not .5%, but my point still stands, Soloman. :) Fixed that for you, and just so you know, I did the numbers with a calculator on my desk, not with any "tools" on CC. ;)

My point still remains and it does not take the masses to affect change just a few vocal people which is the way of the world in everything not just here in CC land. Corrupt dictators can be disposed it just takes a few adamant at doing so...

CC will continue living. ;) I'd throw more water on you Soloman, but I'm afraid that'd do no good. ;)

CC is not affiliated in any way with Hasbro. So how will it help if people contact Hasbro regarding the inner turmoil here?

OR... in proving that point you can double those figures to 10%
and it remains a small minority of the CC population.

even if you doubled the double the percentage is small

...and out of the 10%, should split into a further 3-groups which are against wicked, neutral stance and pro-wicked so makes it 3.33%, shall we!?
