I'm not sure if the info that Map Rank now gives me, works in the same way that the site awards medals, but I noticed something weird today.

Playing a game of triples and we won.

* Greatwhite 4.8 [Already Defeated for Standard medal (from Map Rank)] [Already Defeated for Triples medal (from Map Rank)]

I killed larsin and Greatwhite and one of my team killed what me worry. I now have the triples medal against both players i killed - but not what,me worry

I thought that as a team - we all got both three players as unique defeats to add to our medals tally.

Can someone confirm how it works?

i believe that it just automatically counts the people on the opposite team after a victory. doesnt matter who died or who killed who, just that you defeated 3 new 'unique' players.

did you update/refresh your map ranker?

yes - updated map rank JR

Map Ranks works exactly as the site does in counting defeats for medals.

It is not working in your case because of a subtle bug - the player in question has a comma in his name and that is throwing the
calculation off, I will fix this.

Did you rerun maprank from the sidebar? If you run it from the game finder page, it does not recount everything.

Ok, just fixed this , but not available yet - just looking at other problems reported.

At the bottom of the gamefinder there is a Map Rank button which executes Map Rank with the
selections you made in gamefinder.

BTW I have fixed your problem. Version 1.4.6 is available but you
must uninstall associated preferences first and then reinstall using the link in the instructions post:
