1 versus 1 fair play?

I am kind of new to ConquerClub, but I know my way around a little bit by now, however, recently people have been giving me ratings of 1 start for fair play when I only play 1 versus 1 matches.

Some of these people also gave me a one start for attendance, which was because I used to expect every game to be played rt after my first few were played that way without a word being said in the game log about it. Later, I figured that out and stopped getting angry at people that go offline in the middle of the game.

My question is, how can a person leave a 1 star for a rating if in the game, you said when you were going offline and gave an approximate time when you would come back, you did not try to stall or pulled any cheap tactic of waiting until the person went offline to take your turn?

Is there some element of fair play the in 1 versus 1 that I do not understand? or have somehow stopped going by in my latest games, since the bad ratings only started appearing then.

Just put them on your foe list and stop playing 1v1 games. Since attendance has already been dropped off the rating system, you do not have to worry (however, there is a slow tag that can be attached with your rating).

Unfortunately, people can give you whatever rating they feel like for reasons known only to them. Since the rating system is still new, they didn't come up with a proper way to fix the quirk. There are a few discussions about this in the general forum as well...
