If you don't support her, leave, this isn't for you

If you support her career and all she did for this site, whether you agree with her final actions or not, place this image in your signature

Its in many other signatures

I know it wont bring her back, but its just for people who liked her and want her memory to live on

Supporting Trolling, Spamming and Multis?

Yeah count me in - I want a piece of that.

All one and the same thing...

Perhaps you need to adjust your first post...

The way it reads is "Do you support the way she tried to make a revolution - and then disclosed sensitive information when that didn't work".

Not - "Do you support the tireless work she did as a Moderator, Hunter & Chat queen" - which is obviously what you intended.

I supported her as a mod, but she really knew how to ruin that in the end. I don't think twill made the right decision to fire her, but she topped him by trying to screw with the site. It's like working tirelessly to strengthen a levee, but when you're let go, taking a sledgehammer to it.

Out of curiousity - why do you think that?

After what has happened after she left - then it's fairly obvious that it was a great decision.

well, that and the fact that she continues to enter live chat with multis, and has even stooped to borrowing other members accounts to do the same. i just wonder when enough is enough for these people.. and how wonderful, a made up picture that plays off of the image of her avatar which looked nothing like her. wow... please explain why we should change our mind about what she did and join the cause...-0

I don't. I think she blew her chances at ever having anything on this website with the ridiculous way she acted after being let go.

I also think she should have excused herself from modding when she was on morphine -- but I think her apology for that was sincere. I can't speak to her behavior pre-lymes, because I wasn't around.

So, I'm neither firmly in the pro-wicked or anti-wicked camp. Nobody's an evil person, but some people make stupid mistakes--she just made some really really stupid ones. She totally deserves the ban; I've never said otherwise.

I don't think I ever met wicked when she was here, but she sounds like my kind of girl.

I supported wicked may times in my time here. Took a lot of heat for it at times too... well by heat, i mean I had people calling me names...so I guess that wasnt a lot of heat. I did also post when I thought things werent handled as they probably should have been in a business that was meant to serve the public.

But, it pains me to say this, while I thought a temporary suspension would have been fine at first, especially given her illness, her actions, which can only be described as a vengeful attack with malice for a site she claimed to love, which is the primary income of lack, whom she called a friend, is unforgivable, and justifies the firing de-facto. It shows insight into her true character, and after knowing her for so long on here, it is not only painful to point out, its painful to see.

She put so much time in here, adding her unique sense of humor, her energy, and her willingness to enforce the rules when no one else would do so so publicly, that you have to have respect for that. But by trying to sabotage the site, and thats really the only word for it after being knocked down to a regular player, that thousands of us are happy being, because of a personal vendetta with one person, who is clearly Twill, and not even the site owner, can not be excused, without an actual apology. Anyone that doesnt pity her illness and the fact that she just got excommunicated from a site that she poured her heart into is well, heartless. However, You cant ask most reasonable people to accept the systematic attacks aimed at only hurting the site after leaving.

In the end, no real damage will have happened. Most reasonable players in here that have followed the situation know that the whole thing is completely regrettable, and Im sure many wish it never had to happen, as do I. The main thing I have learned at my time here, which has been considerable, is that no matter what you do or say, people will see the bottom line, in general. Wicked could very easily have chosen to be a helpful member, and proved her character by supporting lacks decision, and proving her character and loyalty was true. She would have gained the respect of nearly every player in CC, and almost unquestionably would have been considered for rehire at some later date. I know for a fact that lack appreciated everything she did for CC, as did anyone that cared about CC, and its obvious the decision was not an easy one. Unfortunately, in the end, it all became a fiasco.

I think anyone that wants to post a thank you to wicked for her time and energy is more than within their rights do so. Anyone that wants to show give their support for her fight of lymme disease is admirable in that cause, though someone of her strength, probably doesnt really need it. But anyone who aims negativity at CC or their staff, for this unfortunate disagreement between essentially a few individuals, really is going too far. Anyone can see that no one is happy about this, and everyone wishes it could be different. But its fairly obvious at the same time that whats done is done, and the only option left is to act like an adult, or facsimile of one, and enjoy the game, or if unable to, then leave out of a sense of loyalty if necessary. But to attack the site in any way, is completely unjustified under the circumstances, and is the action of a coward with no real character at all.

What I find ironic about wicked is she was the first person to get the Special Contributions Medal, but gets banned about a week later...

I've split all the off-topic crap outta here and put it in Chatter Box.

People really need to stop threadjacking and continuously off-topic. Check the forum guidelines (at the top of the page) if you are confused about whether or not you should post.

TUC members that started the threadjack, I'm really surprised and disappointed...I would never have expected this type of crap from you guys. I don't know the other people in here very well that helped with the jacking at the end, and you need to stop it as well.

Best post yet AAFitz on this dismal situation.

...but that Lyme Disease can be one nasty virus and regardless of one's strength
--mental or physical-- can be a total ass kicker, both the bug and the cure.

I don't care if Wicked is a mod or not.

I had much respect for her.

She was funny, and she helped me when I needed it. She was always helping people and doing her mod position as I saw well. I didn't see her do anything that was really not a unforgivable wrong. I don't know still what she did to get her her to "step down" from her position.

I don't know what she did wrong?? does anybody know?

I mean I understand what she did after she was let go of her position. I really thought she would be above that behavior and I wonder if she really even did that.

I thought she was a good mod.
