Conquer Club

I was so close to making it onto the first page of the Conquer Club rankings - only about 40 or 50 pts away but now i've lost almost 100 pts in the last 3 games.

I know the feeling of dropping some quick points. Best thing to do is keep focusing on winning, and your score will take care of itself. You will make the first page soon enough

I got annoyed and dropped 250pts in a few doodle games... now I have to earn it back...

Its not that exciting, believe me. It smells quite bad aswell...

yeah, the first page is full of pompous people... thats why i tend to stay back around pages 13-17 or something... maybe lower

I'm sure that's the reason. I know that it explains my score.

Ya I have over 2490 points twice and while about-to-be-winning a game i lost a game both times and still have yet to make colonel

yeah, goals are definitely something good to have, unless it's trying to join bpb, cuz apparently that's just a pipe dream for me....

2) I dont believe in playing someone to either give away or take pts
3) I'm cool with Paradice city9 - i've played a few games with him.
4) I'm about 130 pts away. I've won 2 games but lost two since my original post for about a positive 40 pts. Most of my games are with 6 or more people.

I bottomed out about 4 months ago after joining the site this past xmas. I made a steady climb to about 1750 pts but then i had a horrible month around march where i dropped down to about 1320 or so. This was mostly caused because I was in a tournament consisting of 43 games. I had a lead in my bracket after the first 25 games but then everyone made it a point not to allow me to win another game. I was annoyed the one day and played about 10 doodle assassian games in a row. My purpose was to suicide my pts all the the way down to cook. But I actually won a game finally and quit. I havent played a doodle earth assassin since.

I've had a good run over the past 4 months and have maintained major since June.
The next two goals is making the first page and then reaching Colonel. I dont know how realistic those goals are because I basically play any type of game on many different maps. I'll be selective occasionally in my opponents but I'm not as picky as the most of the really high ranked players appear to be.

Sorry if this post is boring or horribly written but i was on the beach surfing the entire day and im exhausted.

How dare you spend time outside during such an exciting time for you here at CC. C'mon! You're never going to accomplish your goal if you don't concentrate on the task at hand. Now, stop by your local Quik E Mart on the way home from the beach, buy some Red Bull, and get to making the first page. You can do it!

Making Colonel or the first page for the first time is always really cool! As long as you focus on winning and not the first page / colonel, both will come! Good luck in your quest! I am making my way to brig!
