In a Doubles game, do my partner and I both get the territory bonus if we jointly occupy the whole territory (but don't individually occupy every country in that territory) or do I have to have an an army of mine on every country in that territory?

It doesn't matter what style game you play, you personally need to hold the entire bonus area. Thats the only way you will earn the extra armies.

In order to get the bonus for a continent one player must hold the entire continent.

How does that work? Can one of the teamates withdraw his armies? Does it count if you have armies in every territory and your teammate has some in there as well?

You will need to fort your men over to the stronger of of the 2, and then the strongest player will have to take the territory that you just fortified from.

in other words, one of you will have to attack the other

scroll up and look at the top of the page... there are tabs that say things like, "instructions" and "rules" and "help"... that is a pretty good place to find things like instructions and rules and help. i believe what you want is on the HELP page.-0
