Conquer Club

For the life of me I cannot figure this map out - only played it once or twice before, but now I'm playing it as part of a tournament.

Here's what I cannot figure out - how can a player get over to the Sanctuary Island? I know I can bombard some of the territories over there (the "blood territiories", or something like that) from a dock, but I cannot figure out how to actually get over there.

you have to attack the sanctuary dock, it's the only way if you don't have any armies in sanctuary
