Conquer Club

I am currently in a tourney that encompasses all maps on CC, we just started onto the new maps, and I have noticed that the new Galapogos Ilse map, starts you with a negative bonus, and there is 13 men to go through over three territories b4 you get a positive one. Is this a huge mistake, or a sick joke ?

You'd have to have some great dice to get through to a positive bonus. Who made that map?
