There is no way just to quit a game once it's started. Out of curiousity why do you want to leave the game?

First off you might want to learn some patience some isn't always around to answer your questions right away.
Second your question has been answered you can not quit a game once it has started the only way out is either winning or losing.

Or you can be like every other point hunting low life and become a deadbeat the second you think you'll lose a game. Especially in sequential...

the easiest and fastest is to play the game.....

and it might make someone mad but the easiest way to lose is to go all out and attack with all your armies..... on all fronts.... get them down to 1 army a piece on each territory you own.

It'll go all downhill after that. :)

I'm new but y can't u surrender?

You used to be able to surrender, but people would exploit this like creating fake accounts and lose purposly to theirself and then cash in points, or surrender just before you killed them so you couldn't get their cards. It got pretty bad so now we can't do it anymore. Always bear in mind that 90% of the effects are cause by 10% of the people. You get a couple of jerkasses and then it gets bad for everyone.

Besides, even when you could surrender, it's not like it dropped the game or anything. You had to wait until there was a winner before you could free up your last slot. Never could understand why people wouldn't just play the damn game...

I just want to point out that substituting 'y' for the word 'why' and 'u' for the word 'you' makes you look like an idiot. I always assume that people who are too lazy to spell out words and use sentences are less intelligent than everyone else.

I just want to point out that quibbling over extremely common, easily understood abbreviations makes you look like a bounder devoid of grace or civility. Is this your first day on the Internet? Please accustom yourself swiftly to its varying traditions. Butting into a topic that doesn't concern you to inflict your little 3rd grade grammar opinion on someone you don't know only enhances the effect. Yet I suppose this condition therefore afflicts the both of us, hmmm?

It does indeed!

I know all about the varying traditions of the net - Remeber the time before chatrooms, when we all used to hang out on 16-colour ascii BBS's? I was there, and here I am still. The language misuse that happens online dosen't normally bother me, and I don't normally comment on it. I do think that it's slovenly and speaks to the character of the author, but everyone is free to represent themselves in whatever way they prefer.

People like reecey, on the other hand, annoy me just enough that I will needle them once in a while, for whatever good it may do them or anyone else.

I certainly didn't mean to quibble. '-)
