Does CC promote multi's? They claim they want CC free of them, but do they really? If your caught with a multi, you can come back to CC for a charge of $25. Extra revenue!! Are they lying to us. There are ex-multi's everywhere! Everyday, someone tells me oh he was a multi. Some multi's have been allowed back onto CC after being caught a second time. So what gives? discuss...

PS...The reason this thread has been started is becuase I've asked for a name change over 2 weeks ago and the very very poor customer service team still hasnt even done anything about it!!! How hard is it to change my username? Should i create a multi and then cough up the $25. Is this in fact what CC are waiting for?

I'm not sure about promoting multis, though I don't think they punish the serial offenders enough by a longshot...

But this is from the FAQ:

At this time you cannot change your username. However we will offer this service in the future. Please don't create a second account as that will just get you banned.

Hulmey, if you are willing to pay $25 each time you get caught with a multi, nothing we do would stop you because you obviously are out to cause problems.

We have banned people permanently who buy back multiple times.

We dedicate fully 1/3rd of all staff hours at CC to multi hunting.

As to your name change request - it's the weekend dude, even we need some time off. someone will get to it soon, but all we'll tell you is nope, we can't do it for several reasons and I'd be happy to talk with you about that some other time and in another place.
