Is that normal, I mean, I eliminate opponent on my turn and I get their cards but the game doesn't allows me to use it right away? Just now it happened, I started turn and selected my 3 red green blue cards, then I eliminated green and got his 4 cards (red green blue green) but the game doesn't even show "use cards"... i had a plan and now its over....

is that normal in terminator games or am I victim of the system?

You are a victim of the normal game rules. You only get to cash in the middle of your turn if you have 5 or more cards.

Right now you'll get a card at the end of your turn and you'll have 5, which is allowed, so you can't cash.

Thank you very much, Now it is clean to me... but how then I see sometimes that players cash in twice in a row (when they 6 cards, the game offers them to cash both sets at a same time?)

When you start cashing, you can keep cashing until you don't have any sets left, so it's possible to cash 2, or even 3 sets in a row.
