Noob Farming/Point Hoarding/ Specializing

I am curious as to how you define each of the following actions/words. I have given my definition to all 3, although you may consider two of the definitions to be basically the same or possibly have different definitions for each of the words.
And just basically, what do you think about each of them overall and in relation to each other. and please give reasons. (If I wanted 2 word answers I would put up a poll.)
I have given the definitions I use so that we are all on the same page and not talking about completely different things using the same words. If a good deal of people disagree with them, I will edit this post to comply.
Noob Farming: The act of joining games with new recruits (or starting games with the purpose of having mostly new recruits join) as for the purpose for an easy victory in order to gain points.
Point Hoarding: The act of joining games with low ranked players (Privates and below) in order to gain an easy victory.
Specializing: Creating games on a difficult map/settings combination in order to use one's own knowledge of that particular game type to win the game easily against unsuspecting players of any rank.
In my opinion, the first two are generally actions taken by people with no lives that are way too obsessed with their rank in order to win games. I am a little more partial towards the third because, in essence that is what complex maps are for. If everyone could play them easily, they would not be complex. They are designed to test one's skill, whether it is against a low ranked player or a struggle with another specialist on the same map.
