Q: What is a click map?
A: A user script that lets people click on the actual map to perform all of the attacks, deploys, and fortifications in a game so they do not have to change the "attack from" then the "attack to" then click "autoattack" to perform an operation.

Q: How do you get one?
A: Visit this thread (clicky) to download the script. you need to have Firefox as your web browser, and have the greaseymonkey ad on. Info on these can be found in the same forum with the link I posted in this answer.

Q: Why do all the good players have one?
A: They enhance your speed a whole lot, which means that in speed freestyle games, they will be able to perform a lot of actions before the player can react, or so close to the end of the round that the others have already ended their turns.

I believe that they are on the *to do* list to be built into the actual site.
