Browser speed

No question, IE is again so much faster than Firefox on the dice rolls. Even with scripts off. Every roll on firefox brings up the ticking clock/often the "server timeout" dialogue box. IE returns the dice almost instantly. This is so annoying... it was a little better when I upgraded to the lastest version of firefox, but once again the performance has gone down the crapper. What gives??? Has anyone else been having this issue?

Nope, I've never had a single timeout using Firefox. As a matter of fact, my dice are basically instantaneous at all times regardless of which browser I'm using. I play on Firefox, Safari, Opera, and IE dependent upon my location.

I'm gonna guess it's problems with your hardware, and not the browser.

No, I do not have this issue because there are no [EXPLETIVE DELETED] to roll on this site. I am thoroughly confused.

(And yes, Firefox does sometimes take a bit to load the intensity cube levels. However, it is not, for me, a deal breaker. Also, it only seems to happen when I have a weak signal strength.)

hmm. I never use IE, but Safari.
and for CC i use Firefox. I have never noticed difference in speed, but with Clickable maps I'm quicker.
without scripts, I wouldn't know...

Anyway, according to this movie, you should stick with Firefox
