Dear Lackattack... Great Turtle in the Internets Sky, Creator of Conquer Club, provider of the Forums, leaser of the Assault Cubes, Father of Twill, leader of the Mod Squad, slayer of the great Wicked... Dear Great Lackattack, hear my humble Thanksgiving Day prayer. Please, oh please, Creator of all things Conquer Club, do not let the Forums once again die on this american day of thanks and of giving, as they previously did on our canadian neighbours holiday of thanskgiving.
Please, great Turtle... Please alllow us the pleasure of sneaking into closets, spare bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, and volunteering trips to the store and corner shop all to take our turns, check our pms, and browse the forums. Please, Lackattack, i beseech thee to allow me the one respite from my mother inlaw, calls from family, whining children, and fires in the kitchen.
Please, Oh great and powerful, lackattack, keep Conquer Club alive today. no glitches, no burps, no errors in code, no IT tech spilling coffee on your servers, just a smooth day full of turns and forum fun. Please Lackattack, hear this simple prayer from your loyal and humble premium servant, on this day of family, friends, reflection and giving of thanks. amen...-0
p.s.-if lovin' the turtle is wrong, i don't want to be right...

Get dressed before you run outside.
What am I saying -- run outside -- quick. Have someone take a picture.

I was thinking:
"over the teeth and thru the gums, look out stomach here it comes!"
is a much more appropriate thanksgiving prayer

Great post for me to read right before midnight falls on Thanksgiving 08 my time.
As far as turkey replacements go, I think spam is a pretty poor one.

Since it is no longer Thanksgiving, will this thread be moved?
Please don't move it. So that we may dig it back up every Thanksgiving.
