Is that considered cheating?

Hi, i don't know where to post that, so i will do here

I wanted to know if it was considered as abuse and/or cheat to wait until someone misses a turn in a freestyle game in order to play 2 times in something like 5 minutes?

You might be referring to the "double turn" when you take your turn last, run the time out and begin first in the next turn. That's perfectly legal although some people think it's cheap tactics.
