any reason why i cant pm a player, codeblue1018 in particular.
when i went to his profile under contact player is nothing, the pm link isnt there?

Its definitely not there.

Edit: there is an option in control panel, he has recieve pms from members turned off. Only mods and admin can pm him.

Allow users to send you private messages: YES NO
Note that administrators and moderators will always be able to send you messages. - that explains why Herakilla can see it

Herakilla is just a chat mod, he shouldn't be able to see them.

A chat mod still would need the ability to PM anyone for any indescresions (I can't spell ) that might occur in chat.
