Emperor of China (Short-Terminator Series) Congratulations to the winner - alan rulez Details: Can you annihilating all enemies in your path to unite the Three Kingdoms, establish political control, survive fracturisation and maintain control of the Empire of China?
This tournament is another in a series of Short Terminator tournaments.
It is open to all players with a decent attendance record (see below). Freemiums welcome (two-games-at-a-time).
Tournament Format show
First Stage Ancient China Second Stage Forbidden City Final Stage Greater China * If necessary competitors will also be compared on the number of terminations, then number of rounds survived in the phase in question. If this does not prove to determine qualifying competitors then a tie-break battle will occur.
Settings show
Fog of War will be present in all battles due to minimal military intelligence and surprise attacks. (Other settings will be Terminator, Sequential, No Trench and Automatic)
Competitor Requirements show
There will be 20 competitors.Fremiums allowed but 2 slots must be available at all times.
Group Allocation show
Competitors will be allocated groups according to random.org for the first stage.
Reserves show
All reserves will be sent a PM when an opening occurs. The first reserve to respond will gain a place.
Joining Battles show
Competitors will be informed when they have a match and will have 24 hours to join. If they fail to do so then they will be ejected from the tournament and a reserve will replace them.
Missing Turns show
If a player misses a turn then he cannot score any points in the game in question. If a player deadbeats at any stage then he will be ejected from the tournament.
Partnerships / Regular opponents show
Competitors must inform the tournament organiser if they have a regular partner or opponent that is also featuring in the tournament. The organizer can then ensure these competitors do not play together to avoid any potential claims of foul play by other players.
First Turn Fog of War Courtesy Rule show
The competitor who goes first in round 1 must either wait 10 hours before taking their turn, or inform their opponent(s) in game chat of any regions conquered during their first move, and where from. Failure to do either will mean the competitor in question is unable to score any points in the game.
