The article I found on Daily Mail mis-spelled "Los Angeles," so I doubt their credibility.
Anyhow, nowhere does it say that the poinsettia is offensive, Pimp. Get you facts correct. Palin was merely pointing out that Obama's Christmas card is "politically correct," callow and focuses on a flipping dog rather than the reason for the season. Or anything to do with Christmas, other than a few materialistic gifts and a "cozy" hearth. Where in blazes is the tree? Or any symbols of Christmas? Where are the motifs depicting any one reason that can be given for Christmas (ie. charity, generosity, the birth of Jesus, love, forgiveness, acceptance, joy etc.)
If a Christmas card is going to be called a Christmas card, rather than a politically correct "Seasonal Billet," yes, it has to have at least some significant traditional emblem of Christmas on it, and it must definitely state, "Christmas" somewhere.
