2. Canadian university students say they're satisfied with their sex lives.
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/201 ... urvey.html

These findings appear in a forthcoming sexual health study done by Trojan and the Sex Information and Education Council of Canada (SIECCAN). Trojan, the condom brand manufactured by Church and Dwight Co., funded the survey and the Toronto-based SIECCAN developed and designed the academic study.

These corporations and their voluntarily funded research are ruining our family values!

Look at this:

3. A RV (Recreational Vehicle) crashed on Highway 103, just past Exit 4.

That's less than 20km from where I live (until tomorrow).

Okay, your turn.

Okay. For story #4, we now take you to Calgary, Alberta (where I will be living as of next Monday).

These are the FAA ID prefixes used in military Air Traffic Control. Note that the the Canadian military is tied with the various US navies as to how many callsigns we get. That means that the Canadian military is equally important to the protection of the United States as the Navy, Marines and Coast Guard combined. When you thank your troops for Veterans day, you should start thanking our troops as well.

I should further note that since the president riding on an aircraft gives it the suffix "one" (as in Air Force one) there could theoretically be a Canadian Coast Guard one, although I'm not sure there ever has been. Do some Americans want to write to Obama and start a petition?

The approved identification prefixes (found in FAAH 7110.65) are as follows:
Prefix Military Service
A U.S. Air Force
C U.S. Coast Guard
CAF Canadian Armed Force
CAM Canadian Armed Force (Transport Command)
CTG Canadian Coast Guard
E Medical Air Evacuation
F Flight Check
G National Guard
L LOGAIR (USAF civilian contract flight)
M MAC (Military Airlift Command)
R U.S. Army
S Special Air Mission
VM U.S. Marine Corps
VV U.S. Navy

that reminded me -->

Executive One is the call sign designated for any United States civil aircraft when the President of the United States is on board. In 1973, to "set an example for the rest of the nation during the current energy crisis" and to "demonstrate his confidence in the airlines", then-President Richard Nixon became the only sitting president to travel on a regularly scheduled commercial airline flight when he flew on a United Airlines DC-10 from Washington Dulles International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_One

I was sitting in the seat next to him the whole flight. It was awful, I couldn't get him to stop talking the whole trip and he ordered 3 Margaritas and started getting a little grab-assy. Then I took a nap during the snack service and I'm pretty sure he stole my pretzels.

"As of 2012, there has never been a Coast Guard One flight."

We definitely need there to be a Canadian Coast Guard One flight. At least Canadian Coast Guard One Foxtrot would be a Win.
