It actually describes a few different drinks. General rule is citrus (OJ, Sprite, both) with Grenadine.

It's simple, just name your horse trigger and your dog bullet. Then ride around in a weird fusion world where people use horses to chase after cars and all the dames are beautiful. Add a shot of grenadine, and you're good to go.
