From what I've seen though, his stock has been falling as a draftee. He's 6 nothing (generous measurements it seems), cocky as hell, and comes with a lot of "baggage".

Truth be told, a lot of QBs at the combine didn't end up really doing well at all. Some did, but many didn't.
