These are totally useless reforms in that they will not be enforced anyways, and just give more room for closed-room meetings to decide politicians' fates.

If you want to give a speech, you need to apply for permission to a corrupt local politician. Am I the only one who sees a problem with this?
This said politician is not getting any extra money for the extra duties either, so the new reforms are totally baseless.
