Christopher Nolan's Interstellar Movie

"Perhaps we’ve just forgotten that we are still pioneers and we’ve barely begun. -Cooper"

Interstellar was awesome, dazzling, exhilarating. Extremely surprising in numerous ways, the cinematography was so crisp, almost seemed like virtual reality. So sharp, you can 'feel' how far away from earth they are, up in the sky and up into space. Won't say anymore, but anyone who has ever had that much too fast and out of control falling dream, that's what he produced on film. It was like being on a ride at an amusement park, or even like the journey of the entire park, not only a visual ride but a very emotional ride, perhaps even meta-physical, creating a new kind of experience. Like a natural and genuine 4D movie without the tilting/rotating/vibrating chairs or the fog sprays or prickles on the back of your seat.

And I always like to see or at least interpret for myself the potential ways in which God and science, faith and logic, religion and evolution don't have to constantly be compared as opposites or always at odds. Each one can symbiotically be just as natural a part of the other and co-exist in tandem, perhaps even for the same purpose.

"The end of our world is just the beginning."

Yes it's the same music from V for Vanetta

"We used to look up in the sky and wonder about our place in the stars, now we just look down and worry about our place in the dirt"

"Giving it something socially responsible to do"

The science was way off at points in this movie and it was slow but still entertaining and visually, it was stunning.

Science can't explain miracles, of course getting at the supernatural aspect. It wasn't slow to me, I was engrossed in it and on the journey with them and my imagination wide open for story time, and I was surprised 2h47m had passed as fast as it did. And I appreciated the whole 'explorer' thread. Many times it seemed like them on a ship exploring the new world, something completely unknown, dealing with the risk and containing the motivation and curiosity.

Decode the PS message with bad translator and hit it with the "childish multiplier" to get the proper translation.

It has nothing to do with any "have faith" messages in the movie, if it was just the questionable science problems at the direct plot points that are needed for the movie, I am more than willing to look past those. Spoilers ahead:

But what if you want to explore and motivation and interest? What if, Andy?

Non-spoiler review, plenty honest, plenty critical and plenty praise.
