All of the following serial killers are going to move into your neighborhood - within 5 blocks of where you live - and they are all 30 years old. The police will not be informed of their presence. You can choose one who will NOT move into your neighborhood - who do you choose?

Oh, is everyone picking their favorite? In that case I choose Jack the Ripper, because people say he was an English gentleman and so he must be very pleasant to be around.
