The membrane is for reverse osmosis water filtration. It is made out of polysulfone and is extruded thru a slot-die onto a carrier web. The polysulfone is then carried through a series of coating and chemical treatment processes' where ultimately the pore size of this "semi porous" membrane is modified to be conducive to its intended purpose.

Huge scale. This product is used in filtration plants that can process millions of gallons
