I asked God every night the girl next door would f*ck me. She was like 5 years older than me and had a huuuge rack.

I fondled that rack like 5 years later, when it was in its way down.

The major problem here is that you've got the causality backward. Age of consent laws reflect cultural beliefs designed to protect the young from being taken advantage of. This isn't a law you can just change and then be satisfied that you've won the cultural battle; rather, you'll only be able to change it if you can convince people that it's OK for 13 year olds to be having sex.

I don't really care if 13 year olds are having sex, just not with adults over 18. If teens wanna bang each other, let 'em, but adults shouldn't be in the picture.

In decline at 23? Mid to late twenties are the best, man.

The law will be changed if people can be convinced that individual liberty and freedom of choice are worth having. Not a difficult cultural battle to win in a country where a legal drinking age was only introduced in 2004 and has been roundly ignored since then anyway.

Anyway, you're overlooking the power that law changes have in changing societal attitudes. Sure, if you lower the age of consent tomorrow all the old farts who grew up during the Cold War will continue to oppose this move. But wait 40/50 years, until the time when a majority of society have grown up knowing nothing other than a society in which there is no age of consent - they'll think it's a totally normal state of affairs.
