It was odd at school as we had some kids who boarded from both Mainland China and Hong Kong, as they really didnt get along.

You could try, but given that Prince Charles and Tony Blair flew to Hong Kong to personally hand it back to China I don't think you'd have much luck.

Didn't Prince Charles sail there?

I like Filipinos best. They're the friendliest and they all speak English, except when they're insulting you behind your back then they start talking Tagalog, or if they get startled or excited, then they start going back and forth between English and Tagalog. A problem with Filipinos is you can sometimes mistake them for Mexican because they have Spanish names and the same kinda too-cool-for-school swagger. Also, they're like rabbits. I had a Filipino roommate who would f*ck anything that wasn't moving and all his friends were exactly the same. They were also clean-freaks but that's okay because so am I. Their food is the worst in Asia. I would eat dirt or English food before I'd eat Filipino cuisine. Also, everyone seems related to everyone else which gets confusing; everyone is so-and-so's cousin or whatever.

Well, I can explain them having Spanish names...anyone who knows a bit of history will remember they were once a Spanish colony until the US took them in their war with Spain.
