In rich countries, infected needles and stuff are the major vectors of hepatitis. But in poor countries, it's mostly just unclean drinking water.

When you say "unclean living conditions" it conjures up images of terrible filth and squalor, but in most of the world it's not quite like that. Often people will have very neat and clean homes, but if their region isn't wealthy enough to have really good infrastructure, the tap water will still be contaminated.

Where did you find any link between the vaccine and this outbreak of hepatitis? A rational person would read the article hitred posted, and see that currently the closest link they can find is that many of these kids are testing positive for adenovirus. Do you know of any link whatsoever between adenovirus and the covid vaccine?

Any revelation you are having that it must be the vaccine is 100% confirmation bias on your part, whether you have enough self awareness to acknowledge that or not is between you and your god/therapist.

(a) The vaccine is 12% effective in children 5-11

(b) Unvaxed children age 5-11 have mild or asymptomatic illness 99.9% of the time

(c) Less than 300 U.S. children 5-11 have died of COVID-19 in 2.5 years (of which 100% had comorbidites that could have been managed with targeted, versus mass, vaxing) while ~700 children have drowned in swimming pools in the U.S. in the same period of time

The vaccine in children is not about protecting children. It's about protecting adults. Children are simply sandbags / cannon fodder adults are using for their own defense, which is hilarious because most of this is coming from the "think about the children" crowd.
