I don't think so.

If this happened at a mall, would the owners of the mall be at fault?

if this happened in a police station, would the police be at fault?

If this happened within a city, would the city be held at fault?

Also, suing one party does not eliminate BLAME FOR ANOTHER

not to mention suing a dead person is a complicated legal procedure. Further, Phatscotty was one of the ones arguing schools got too much money in the first place.

It's a frivolous lawsuit congesting our court system, but if it wins, it certainly will MINIMIZE BLAME FOR ANOTHER

I tend to agree that the schools get too much money; but that's not to say that the TEACHERS get too much money.

And just as I did with yours, I simply copied the font used by the prior poster.

Too difficult to figure it out on your own? You're right, teachers need more money....obviously.

And if its your opinion that it minimizes blame somehow, I would simply suggest you are wrong. In fact, I would suggest only a sociopath would even suggest that the blame would be minimized in any way.

I'd surmise that not all teachers need more money, but many do.

You're the one who's wrong. Civil lawsuits are about assigning blame and requiring compensation based on the share of blame (as a divisor of the quantitative damages that occurred.) If the school is 50% to blame, then there is only 50% blame left for the fucking murderer; so a lawsuit like this trivializes and minimizes the maniac's responsibility for what he, and he alone, did to those kids and school staff.
