How do you view others on the site?

I meant "you" generally, but Im sure you'll never believe you were wrong for your whole life.
I on the other hand am fully willing to listen and learn, and try very hard to see the arguments on both sides of things.
More than most, Ive even changed my opinions and beliefs over time, after learning through actual science and study, and hope
I never lose that ability. I know just statistically, I cant possibly be right about everything, but certainly do my best to use actual facts to back up my opinions, and try to view them rationally, and not from any particular side of the political arena. Personally, I think my views just happen to get labeled on the left though, when in reality, I think they actually are reality, and have been scientifically proven to be such.

I also admit that not much of my postings in the last years here have reflected that, because for the most part, I don't think this forum is worth it, and instead, just play the game with the crazies like many others.

Lastly, I think perhaps the most ironic thing for me, is that the views I do feel strongly about, are absolutely a result of my religious upbringing, and based on my firm belief in Christian values-but the real ones, not the made up ones.

Im really more of a rational, reasonable productive member of society, who doesn't like seeing corrupt this country, and the world, for nothing more than what comes down to a little money.

Well, given time, education will rectify those low numbers.

But seriously, a true atheist does not believe there is a God, whereas I simply see no real evidence to believe in one. I fully accept its a possibility, and a difficult one to disprove.

I also know any true God, would be an intelligent one, and would understand my skepticism perfectly.

I think it should be legal and morally acceptable to kill babies shortly after they are born in some cases. I have no issues recognizing that this is extremist according to modern standards. People should not be afraid of taking extreme views, if they are the right ones to take.

That just doesn't follow. Rationality is only one part of decision-making. You also need some method for judging the end state of an action, that is, some assumption about the way the world ought to be. Two fully rational people might have different world views and thus reach different conclusions even with the same information.

It is at best inarticulate,if he had said,'toe the liberal atheist party line",I might have disagreed that such a thing exists,but at least the words would have made some sense.
