10-5 on the week, 102-60 overall.

Edit 2: Actually we've only played 162. Found the mistake either way.

Overall: 68-31

Week 12.

New Orleands @ Atlanta - Thanks to oVo for noticing I missed this one.
Pittsburgh @ Cleveland - Pittsburgh has a Hall of Fame QB? Does that mean if Trent Dilfer won one more, he'd be a HOFer too?
Tampa Bay @ Detroit - Tampa Bay surging a little.
Minnesota @ Green Bay - TOLZIEN!
San Diego @ Kansas City - If this was a neutral field, I would pick the Chargers.
Chicago @ St. Louis - Rams have looked decent recently.
Carolina @ Miami - I'm not sure I'm going to pick the Dolphins again.
New York Jets @ Baltimore
Jacksonville @ Houston - The Texans are circling the drain, which is really weird.
Tennessee @ Oakland
Indianapolis @ Arizona - I'm a little scared of the Cardinals.
Dallas @ New York Giants
Denver @ New England - I'm just feeling that Belichek has Manning figured out.
San Francisco @ Washington

The NFC East should probably forfeit it's playoff spot
if these teams don't improve soon.

Week 12

New Orleans @ Atlanta ... a possible trap game, but the Falcons are in free fall
Pittsburgh @ Cleveland... Ben nudges the Steelers past the Browns
Tampa Bay @ Detroit ...Bucs win streak ends
Minnesota @ Green Bay...Pack in another tight one
San Diego @ Kansas City ... Chiefs are the better team here
Chicago @ St. Louis ...dinged up Bears survive another game
Carolina @ Miami ...don't expect the Panthers to turn over this one to the fishes
New York Jets @ Baltimore ...two iffy teams
Jacksonville @ Houston ...Texans might just blow another one
Tennessee @ Oakland ...Titans are another under achiever
Indianapolis @ Arizona ... Cards have won 3 in a row
Dallas @ New York Giants ...both teams are spotty at best
Denver @ New England ... should be good, Brady has owned Manning
San Francisco @ Washington ... wouldn't shock me to see the Skins win this one

Brady --a Michigan alumni-- has bested Manning --a Tennessee alumni-- nine times. I don't know if that means Peyton is due or that Tom has the edge, but this might be the first time Manning has the more experienced team behind him and Wes Welker --Texas Tech alumni-- is Bronco now.

how games are really decided, by calling convenience store clerks in the teams city and asking them some interesting trivia questions and keeping score, questions like 'how many weeks are in a typical year'

Eagles vs Raiders

More Foxboro magic or something as Pats outscore Broncos
34 - 7 in the second half to win a nail biter in OT.

The AFC has six 5-6 teams and
the NFC has five 6-5 teams.

Week 12

New Orleans @ Atlanta ...Falcons continue to plummet
Pittsburgh @ Cleveland... Ben nudges the Steelers back into the playoff picture
Tampa Bay @ Detroit ...Bucs stun Lions and extend streak 3
Minnesota @ Green Bay...Pack comeback ends in an OT tie
San Diego @ Kansas City ... Rivers' TD pass nips Chiefs with 24 secs left
Chicago @ St. Louis ..a Bears rally is followed by a Rams rally
Carolina @ Miami ...Panthers convert 4th & 10 from own 20 to start a game winning drive
New York Jets @ Baltimore ...Jets break cycle and start a losing streak
Jacksonville @ Houston ...Texans blow another home game
Tennessee @ Oakland ...Titans are another under achiever
Indianapolis @ Arizona ... Colts a no show as Cards extend win streak to 4
Dallas @ New York Giants ...Romo get's it done with a game winning drive to end it
Denver @ New England ... 24-0 halftime lead and Moreno rushes for 200+ and still Broncos fall in OT
San Francisco @ Washington ... wouldn't shock me to see the Skins win this one in some nasty winter weather

Packers @ Lions . . . still no Rodgers
Raiders @ Cowboys . . . no Lone Star win streak for Oakland
Steelers @ Ravens . . . Big Ben will do it again

weak week: 6 - 7 - 1 . . . 105 - 70 - 1

I think that game will go down as one of the most epic comebacks in history. In reality it should be known as one of the biggest collapses in history. Interesting that the former Patriot Wes Welker was the one to ultimately blow the game for the Broncos in over time (arguably twice after he dropped a pass that would have put them in borderline field goal range. It would have been a long one (I think about 50 yds) especially kicking into the wind but that extra 6 yards might have been enough to make Del Rio consider it). Of course this isn't to blame one person as the entire Broncos team on both sides of the ball seemed completely inept in the third quarter and Thomas dropped most of the passes thrown his way when he did manage to get open.

Welker wasn't the one who botched the punt
giving the Pats a short field goal to win in OT.

Peyton wasn't sharp last night, credit the Pat's coaching staff
who are good at taking away one offensive threat. It's hard to
consider all the offensive "Pick Plays" that were not called as
letting them play and then calling one late in the game that
was iffy compared to what had been going on the entire
second half.

New England had three turnovers in the first half
and Denver had three turnovers in the second.

Question for the group.

Bill Belicheck was a defensive coordinator before he was a head coach. His expertise is defense. Do you still give him credit for the Patriots' offense? If so, why?
