Voluntarily signing for 8 yrs is not quite right.

Recruiters pressure you and pressure you to sign on, assuring you that everything will be okay, promising you huge bonuses and compensation that never is as great as they made you feel it would be. Many miltary policies are screwed up. Also, I've always avoided miltary recruiters in the past, when they walk up to me and inform me they are recruiters, I cease talking to them. They are like tax collectors in Bible Times, nobody should like them. j/k Jesus loves everyone and so should we

This should be a lesson for everybody when being pressured to sign anything. Just say "I want to take it home and read it...I'll bring it back tomorrow".

And then do just that.

Not quite right? What are you talking about? It is what it is.
If you want to sign up, you sign up. Nobody drags you down and forces you to raise your hand.
How would you know what promises are made regarding bonuses and such, if you"cease talking to them" when you find out they're recruiters?
Gee, how do you "find out"? Does the uniform give it away?
I know my bonus would have been $30k to reenlist, and that was in 1992. I chose not to. The same way I CHOSE to sign up in the first place.

Your posts completely defy all logic and don't hold any water, I'm finding it very hard to believe any of what you have said.
