I think you are thinking of kajmak. It's made by fermentation of cow milk and separation of it's fat (from the milk).
So it's something like really greasy cheese of some kind. It's popular on Balkan and it had a salty cheesy taste.

Is that your favorite brand of hot sauce, because there are much better hot sauces out their, you know? This particular hot sauce tastes good on a tuna fish sandwich...but you should really try Sriracha hot sauce...I think it would surprise you with its heat as well as its flavor!

Damn it! I quit drinking alcohol over three years ago! But if I did, I would pick the dark bottle with a Horse on it...or maybe the one to its right (your left)..the very first one or the second bottle.

A dark lager made by Brewery of Lika (name of the region in Croatia). A very good choice, but I think it's a bit sour. :wink:

In-N-Out FTW. it's only in three US states, but it's the first thing you should try getting off your plane or car if you visit california, nevada, or arizona.

In-N-Out actually uses real ingredients; i saw an employee chopping up potatoes for french fries, and well, they actually use fresh beef (i don't see any refrigerators or heat lamps in the relatively small kitchens) and these joints are always more busy than a burger king or mcdonalds.

Yea.....plus the janitors in my school think it's funny to take out the toilet paper from the stalls, leaving you stranded if the cafeteria food has e.coli :lol:
