According to our recent changes in the constitution marriage is community of man and woman, so technically you are not allowed to be gay. Although I dont agree with a lot of what the government of my country is doing I agree with adding of that statement in the constitution. After all over 99.9% of the general population have nothing against the recent addition, and those that have can freely make a party of their own, get elected, get to 2/3 majority in the parliament and change the constitution, and that wont happen. Tho there is another option for changing the constitution, pressure from EU(using fascist methods) and maybe bribery, but even that can be reverted by referendum if there is no pressure on the voters. So legally you can not be gay in my country and that state can not be changed using democratic measures.
