From what I've heard, Planescape:Torment doesn't play well with newer computers. I read somewhere that some dude spent about 4-5 hours trying to get it to work on Windows 7 and still hadn't succeeded. I've heard great things, though.
If I could afford it, I would throw some money their way.

You need to go to gog.com forthwith and in great haste. They're bundling a bunch of the old BG-style games for those who don't have them (or many of them).
(EDIT: I should've read Symmetry's post first...)

Heh, no probs- I didn't even check to see that they were running the offer again.

Wow, that's a heck of a deal.
Do you guys know if they already have the games updated with the community made fixpacks? And if they don't, are you able to do that manually and still use mods? I'm mainly referring to BG with this, as I haven't played any of the others and have no idea if they have community-made fixpacks or any mods or anything else.
But I know that sometimes with these game sites, like Steam, for instance, it's hard to do some stuff that you should be able to do with a game that you buy, like messing around with the files, editing the .ini, adding mods/fixpacks, etc.
If you can still do this stuff, then I will have to seriously consider that deal. Nine games for about $30 is not bad at all.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would also be very interested in it. The other great thing is that if you own one or two of these games, you can simply uncheck them and still get the others in the bundle at that rate.
And seriously, if you consider yourself a gamer, you really should check out GOG's whole catalog...some pretty awesome games there.

What? Are you some kind of a Marxist Communist Fascist or something? You're not even a real gamer, are you? <suspicious look>
